Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI systems with >1000-qubit scalability
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning tasks

- Design interfaces between quantum processors and classical ML frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor optimization
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready quantum applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing architectures
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and complexity theory
