Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead research on quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to validate quantum algorithms on actual quantum processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
