Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for complex problem-solving
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for real-world applications
- Collaborate with physics teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Lead research publications in top-tier AI and quantum computing journals
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into deployable cloud solutions
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Strong Python/C++ programming with high-performance computing experience
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional research projects
