Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization and neural network acceleration
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or high-performance AI systems
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum simulators
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
