Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-neural computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI engineers, and biologists
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research funding
