Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging AI frameworks for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Secure patents for novel quantum machine learning methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical innovation roadmap

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong publication record in quantum or AI domains
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theories into practical applications
