Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure patents for novel quantum AI methodologies and system architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor interfaces
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and AI ethics
- Present findings at global conferences including IEEE Quantum Week and NeurIPS
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum machine learning or adjacent fields
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong Python/C++ programming with high-performance computing experience
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
