Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for real-time predictive analytics
- Develop novel algorithms to optimize quantum error correction and coherence in commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in autonomous systems and neuromorphic computing
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into deployable enterprise solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development portfolios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and HPC environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar institutions
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
