Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in neural networks and deep learning optimization
- Experience securing government grants (NSF, DARPA, DOE) preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
