Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML models

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning

- Publication record in quantum/AI research (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
