Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols for large-scale AI computations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-design architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at premier conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects
- Secure research grants and establish industry partnerships for quantum-AI applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published record in top-tier quantum/AI journals or conferences
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex theory into practical solutions
