Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or deep learning research
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published record in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/NIH/DARPA)
- Strong background in error correction and fault tolerance
