Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-scale computational challenges

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum decision-making systems
- Secure $2M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum-AI convergence methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's variants)
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants
- Experience with large-scale distributed quantum computing systems
