Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing climate modeling solutions with 99.9% prediction accuracy
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for personalized medicine applications
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications/year in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for frontier AI research

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
