Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms
- Publish research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum coherence
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum ML frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
