Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-grade applications
- Lead development of fault-tolerant quantum machine learning algorithms
- Architect secure distributed quantum networks with 99.999% uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI frameworks
- Research and implement quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Develop performance benchmarks and optimization strategies for quantum-AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit design
- Expertise in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, or Google Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms preferred
