Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing systems to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI/ML algorithms with quantum processors to enhance predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to define technical roadmaps.
- Develop and implement error correction protocols and noise mitigation strategies for near-term quantum devices.
- Oversee the deployment of secure quantum cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
