Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum error correction protocols
- Create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead open-source quantum algorithm libraries (Q# & Qiskit)
- Develop patent-pending quantum cryptography solutions
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum complexity theory
- Publish in Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms on hardware platforms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM, Amazon Braket)
