Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with research teams to translate quantum algorithms into practical implementations.
- Optimize quantum circuits for performance and resource utilization on quantum hardware.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of quantum solutions.

- Present complex quantum concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, with a focus on architecture design.
- Expertise in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Q#, or Cirq.
- Strong background in machine learning and algorithms, particularly for quantum applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and quantum cloud services.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
