Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop error mitigation strategies and quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Create quantum algorithms for commercial applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead research initiatives targeting quantum advantage by 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry deployment
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
