Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise-scale applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks using Python and Q#
- Lead R&D in quantum error correction algorithms for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherence in silicon-based qubits
- Develop simulation environments for quantum machine learning models
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures (HPC)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DoD clearance
