Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Create quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum security and data encryption
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and circuit design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction mechanisms
