Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical optimization algorithms for logistics and drug discovery
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptography implementations for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish quantum computing performance benchmarks and error-correction protocols
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum supremacy projects
- Mentor quantum engineers in algorithmic development and hardware integration
- Present quantum breakthroughs at industry conferences and publish in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with proven quantum hardware experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
