Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate quantum machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications for finance and pharmaceutical industries
- Research and implement quantum-safe cryptographic standards for 2026 security frameworks
- Present breakthrough architectures to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum computing conferences
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and quantum hardware integration
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in quantum computing research funding
