Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial and aerospace applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum algorithms achieving 1000+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with particle physicists to optimize qubit coherence times
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for government clients
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms in real-world systems
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Familiarity with cryogenic quantum hardware engineering
- Security clearance eligibility (DOD preferred)
