Responsibilities

- Develop hybrid algorithms leveraging quantum supremacy for AI optimization
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for financial systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research error mitigation techniques for quantum decoherence challenges
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery applications
- Define quantum security standards for national infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in complex mathematical optimization
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Qiskit Certified Developer)
- Track record of delivering production quantum solutions
