Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Mentor junior scientists and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware manufacturers
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation communication networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware platforms
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
