Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction frameworks for industrial quantum applications
- Create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Research breakthroughs in topological quantum computing
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech on quantum internet infrastructure
- File patents for proprietary quantum algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
