Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant algorithms and cryptographic systems
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with research teams on quantum error correction
- Document technical specifications and create implementation roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles
- Stay current with emerging quantum standards and threats
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with post-quantum cryptography standards
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable technical plans
