Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author white papers on quantum supremacy applications
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum standards and international regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in Python/C++ and high-performance computing
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing initiatives
