Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for specific industry verticals (finance, pharma, logistics)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Author whitepapers and technical standards for quantum computing adoption
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
