Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical system architectures with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Optimize quantum coherence times and error correction protocols
- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
- Pioneer novel applications in quantum machine learning and simulation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
