Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions using superconducting and photonic qubit technologies
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen cybersecurity frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning algorithms
- Optimize quantum circuit designs for error correction and computational efficiency
- Establish quantum hardware-software integration standards for enterprise applications
- Research and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Proven track record of leading quantum technology R&D initiatives
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
