Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% quantum fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
- Research quantum algorithms for cryptography and molecular simulation
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our apprenticeship program

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
