- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for logistics and drug discovery
- Establish quantum computing benchmarks and performance optimization frameworks
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum advantage in high-stakes industries
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
