Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing stacks for enterprise clients
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum circuit design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture with published research
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in distributed computing and parallel processing
- Track record of securing $1M+ R&D funding for quantum projects
- Published papers in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
