Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for cryptographic protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Research quantum hardware optimization for commercial scalability
- Present quantum technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
