Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum systems with error rates < 0.001%
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization

- Experience securing government quantum research funding
- Deep knowledge of topological qubit implementations
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
