Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Research emerging quantum hardware technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Collaborate with AI teams on quantum-machine learning integration
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies and IP strategies
- Present findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
