Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Lead R&D projects in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit integration strategies
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for complex optimization problems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithms
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., IBM Quantum Safe)
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
