Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Drive quantum security frameworks for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at global conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proven track record of designing scalable quantum systems for commercial applications
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
