Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for 100+ qubit processors
- Create hybrid algorithms combining classical ML with quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software-hardware integration
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum cryptography standards
- Optimize quantum circuits for pharmaceutical molecular modeling
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave control electronics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Track record of leading quantum computing R&D projects
