Responsibilities

- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for industrial deployment
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to create quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-trust principles
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum systems with error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., QSA)
