Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures achieving 1000+ logical qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research novel qubit technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Partner with industry leaders to solve real-world quantum problems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Contribute to quantum cloud platform development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and circuit optimization
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Strong background in error correction theory
