Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Proven track record of scaling quantum solutions to commercial viability
- Experience securing federal R&D funding (DOE/NSF)
- Deep knowledge of topological quantum computing frameworks
