Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and entanglement principles
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
