- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence challenges
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in error correction techniques
- Secure patents for novel quantum circuit designs and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
