Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit integration strategies
- Drive quantum software development using Qiskit, Cirq, and proprietary frameworks
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, PyQuil)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, group theory, and statistical mechanics
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to practical implementations
