Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Research and implement novel error correction protocols for 2026-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum memory and transmon qubit systems
- Develop quantum-safe encryption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Author whitepapers and patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science)
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Strong track record of leading quantum computing initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
