Responsibilities
- Lead research on quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum software with emerging qubit technologies
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at quantum computing conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum algorithms
